Job Description:
Responsibilities :1. Serving as a core member of an engineering team that designs and develops software applications

2. Writing code and unit tests, working on API specs, automation, and conducting code reviews and testing
3. Identifying exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges
4. Performing ongoing refactoring of code, utilizing visualization and other techniques to fast-track concepts, and delivering continuous improvement
5. Working with product managers to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications :
1. BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience

2. 3 years of software development experience, preferably in J2EE
3. Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
4. A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
5. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
6. Expertise in objected oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms
7. Thorough understanding of XML, JSON , web services technologies, and data structure fundamentals, with experience in multi-threaded programming
8. Experience with Java application design and development in an enterprise setting
9. Experience with use of messaging/middleware technology and frameworks for integrating enterprise applications
10. Experience with a broad range of software languages and payments technologies is a plus
11. Experience with ThunderHead product is preferable
