Job Description:Responsibilities:
1. Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.

2. Manual and Automated Testing for Enterprise/Mobile application
3. Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
4. Hands-on experience in MySQL/SQL Server databases.
5. Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
6. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
7. Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
8. Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management/Project team.
9. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
10. Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
1. BS or BA degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of relevant QA exposure and technical experience to understand Business Logics for Enterprise applications.
3. 3+ years of experience in testing for Enterprise/Web/Mobile testing applications
4. Clear communicator (written and verbal) – with developers/Project team and other stakeholders.
5. Creative solving of technical problems – to ensure the ability translate technical requirements test plans
6. Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly
7. Ability to think abstract – to ensure ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find bugs quickly.
8. Flexible to work in Support environment and a strong team player.
9. Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
