Job Description:
Responsibilities:1. Works in the architecture, definition, facilitation and implementation of quality processes and standards in alignment with business objectives by adopting best practices from industry standards/models
2. Drives continuous quality improvement through strategy, quality management systems and metrics for measurable results to achieve customer delight
3. Ensures conformance/compliance to the organization's Quality Management System in alignment with corporate/industry standards
4. Conducts audits, analyzes audit findings, suggests actions to improve quality of products and services, and tracks for closure
5. Plays a key role with the teams and ensures that all areas within the business unit perform to the defined standard
6. Consolidates various metrics parameters, analyzes trends, identifies/develops corrective/preventive actions plans to influence improved business performance, and customer satisfaction
7. General knowledge of procedures and activities within own work area
8. Ability to relate actual day-to-day work to business priorities
9. Focused on learning the key aspects and duties of the job being performed

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:1. Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience
2. Basic Knowledge of Audit process and should have good feedback & coaching skills
3. Must have excellent oral & written English. Active listening skills.
4. Willing to work in shifts, flexible and highly analytical.
5. Basic understanding of relevant operational process area (Quality standards & Methodologies, Healthcare Business process services)
6. Basic knowledge of any one of the Quality Assurance Models (ISO 9001, 27001, Six Sigma & Lean techniques)
7. Basic Understanding of MS office applications and Good knowledge in MS Excel and MS word
